Parrot Bluetooth and Lockpick install question
I have a GMX320 in my 2007 Tahoe with OEM NAV andam attempting to attach an audio bluetooth to the lockpick, I chose a Parrot Evolution ck3000.
I am having a challenge with the cabling; the Parrot has an ISO harness that doesn't line up to anything I have, and then some loose cables on the harness marked "MUTE IN 1", "MUTE IN 2", and MUTE IN 3".
The LockPick has wires in the harness marked with Mute and Bluetooth Audio in + and - , and one of the highlights I see advertised for the Lockpick is the easy integration of an audio bluetooth unit.
Has anyone done this install and have any idea on the connections?
Thanks in advance
Earl

RE: Parrot Bluetooth and Lockpick install question
I had a technician do it for me. Works but quality if very low. Not sure if it's the GMX or the Parrot kit. Other kits, such as Ericsson or Nokia seem to provide better quality.
It does not work well through the GMX320 at all.
Works much better if you install the BT kit on it's own and just use the yellow wire to mure other sounds when a call comes in...

Bluetooth 2007 Tahoe/2006 Buick Lucerne
I'm installing the Parrot 3200LS in my 2007 Tahoe and the wifes 2006 Buick Lucerne. Both vehicles would require GMCSS-3 or QCHBB-gm3 adapter harnesses at a cost $300-$400 more after buying the Bluetooth Kits.
Can anyone help me both radio systems have almost the same wiring. Does anyone have the directions for hard wiring the 3200 LS into the vehicle wiring with out buying an expensive adapter harness.
Thanks,Woody

I have a Tahoe 2009 and wanted to install Parrot 3200. I bought the wiring harness and HBB-GM3 adapter. When I installed them and paired with Nokia, I was not able to hear any phone output and the Stereo was NOT muted.
Contacting the supplier, they provided me with new wires that had a "mute" module (Relay and diode). When I installed it, the mute light on the HBB-GM3 came on as soon as the unit was powered on and would not release the mute. So I was not able to hear the radio at all at anytime, howevwer, when I placed a call, I was able to hear a very slight, barely noticeable sound from the car speakers. Its volume is so low that it has to be pin drop silence to even notice it.
Seems something is wrong and I am between supplier of Parrot, Suppler of HBB-GM3 and my Tahoe2009 Radio/Stereo/Nav compatability. Any help or suggestions?
P.S. I also have the GMX322 but to rule out that it is causing the problem, I disconnected the GMX322. So its not the GMX322 that is causing the problem. Also I tried connecting it directly to the GMX322 by cutting the harness off and directly connecting to GMX322.
I have to montion that my car is an export model, so it did not come with OnStar option at all or even the XM option.
