Hey guys,
I've been looking at the performance programmers/hand held tuners in auto anything.com for a 02 tahoe LT 5.3 and I see there are quite a few choices to pick from with good and plenty reviews.
I was hoping some here would like to chip in and maybe help me narrow down the choices. I'm not familiar with any of them, so I'm counting on you guys and reviews to make a choice.

My other question in line with this would be does having an older truck make a difference in the choice of performance chip to pick?

I've read good things about black bear tuning but in not familiar with it. Planning on calling this week. In the mean time is this tuning that they do or do I have to have a tuner / performance enhancing hand held device?

You'll get more bang for your buck w/ Blackbear Performance. Check his website as there are several ways he can do it. He reprograms your ECU.
