I have a 2000 Tahoe 5.7 ltr. Z71. I'm thinking about putting a performance exhaust kit on it but i don't know what to go with or if it's even worth it. I've heard some people say you lose power. Is that true?

I have an 07 dont look for that much power gains maybe 5 hp most people go for the sound and looks of the chrome tips i went with Gibson for the money its the best option.
