Hello! I was trying to get my '05 Suburban into neutral mode to tow it with all 4 wheels on the ground, and ran into some problems. First of all, I got it into neutral ok, and the neutral light lit up, but you are supposed to move the shift lever into drive and reverse for one second each before putting the shifter into park. I did this and then went to put it into park and heard a grinding noise! It still went into park just fine, but the noise really worries me, did I hurt my transmission?? Thanks for any help!
