I have a 2004 Chevy Suburban z71. A few months ago my son twisted the shaft off in the power steering pump. I replaced it and it seemed to be fine but now it's not wanting to steer at low speeds or from a stop.

Also, shortly after this it was put into 4wd and now it will not disengage.

Thoughts?
