Power steering pulley movement

While replacing the serpentine belt on my 2001 Suburban, I noticed some sloppiness in the power steering pulley in which I could pull the pulley back and forth from the engine about 1/16 inch. Is there an acceptable amount of movement there or am I looking at my next project soon?
