Hi i'm new here at this forum and i would like to get help with one thing on my 98 tahoe. the problem is that i cant get any air up on the windshield or the vents on the dashboard, but on the floor i have full power. + the AC button on the dash seems to be conected to that problem because the button wont work anymore. is there anyone that have had the same problem and know how to fix it? // Jonas

Welcome to the forum.
I don't know about 98s, there is a divertor door in the ductwork which is either vacuum ore electrically operated. Sometimes the door sticks or the actuator goes bad. If vacuum operated, it could be a cracked/broken hose.

I know from time to time my 97 would stick and if I gave the vent assembly a little kick it would start working.. I think the blend door would stick some times
