1999 Tahoe kicked it through intersection and engine knocking vehicle shaking code coming up cylinder 4 changed injection system and ecm keeps showing number 4 cylinder I am thinking time for new engine this one has 128000 miles on it original engine

Have you checked the spark plug and wire, try moving each to a different cylinder, also consider checking the compression on all cylinders , they should all be with in a percentage of each other.
