question about brake dust covers

latelt i have thinking about purchasing brake dust covers for my tahoe to protect my rims and keep them cleaner. does anyone know if they help, and how they will look once i put them on

While they'll probably keep your wheels cleaner, they will probably cause your brakes to run hotter. Just a thought.
