hi guys , i really admired of the new design of tahoe
but here is a problem i have heard there is a serious problem in the gearbox in 07-08 because its 4 speed only and the only solution is replace the entire system ! please guys give me your experiences

the 4 speed is crap, according to MSN a $160 something part + labor piece breaks.

get an '09 with the 6 speed.

if you can afford the 09+ get that... it has an improved tranny, bluetooth, and cooled seats...

GM uses the same 6 speed in the Camaro, Esky, Yukon, Tahoe, etc. all the same 6 speed, ohh and the 'vette...
