"If your radio is located inside your vehicle, it's easiest to go to siriusxm.com/refresh from your smartphone, enter your Radio ID or ESN and click the "Send Refresh Signal" button. If you don't have a smartphone, simply call us (855- 697-3373) from inside your vehicle when you're ready to perform the refresh."

after completely loosing ANY settings (pre-programmed channels and settings), you should try the above

My 2014 Chevy spark does it all the time. So bad that I had to set all the stations to the same one so when it changes it stays on the station. Why does this radio do that?
