Radio Unresponsive/Erratic 2007 Tahoe (Video Included)

Hi All, My parents purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT2 two months ago. Last month the Radio unit became unresponsive would flash for about five minutes when running then become again unresponsive. The Radio unit would sometimes operate normaly randomly. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership but when brought back the radio was operating normally, the dealership “reprogrammed” the unit, a few days ago the problem started back up again. Below is a link of a quick video I took of the problem. I think it has something to do with an anti-theft functionality. Any thoughts? We are going to take the vehicle back to the dealership but they don’t seem to be much help. They said they never came across this problem and are puzzled. You Tube Video of Problem

Yet another 07' head-unit problem. There are SEVERAL posts on this too. It's going to be so nice to get to the bottom of this thing, if ever.
