Default Random headlight outage

2009 Suburban the passenger low beam headlight will randomly go out and come back on with no rhyme or reason. When I switch the hi beams on the high beam bulb comes on but the lo beam bulb stays off. . I have swapped out the bulb socket cause it looked rough and figured it might be the problem but no luck. It was not working so I took the headlight housing out and unscrewed the bulb from the housing then unplugged the bulb and plugged it back in and it will work for a while then randomly go out again. I tried wiggling wires and housing and bulb when it was both off and on and it didnt change anything.

I have already tried changing the bulb out for a new one twice.
