Default Random Misfire

ok guys need some help with this dam truck. well it starts and runs but it is really rough and studders really bad like its misfiring. there was a code and pulled it up says po300 random misfire.
here is a list of what has been replace.
fuel pump
fuel filter
plugs
wires
cap an rotor
fuel pressure regulator
upper intake manifold gasket
coil pack

and the problem still exists. last year i changed the intake manifold gasket because it had a leak and the truck ran fine after it was changed, but 6 months ago or so it started studdering a little and this light with the random misfire just came on. when i pulled the plugs they were really black so i assume this means its running rich. im stumped any help would be apreciated
