Looks like you have a bad motor speed controller (resistor, relay module).
FYI... The motor control modules no longer uses resistors or relays, they're solid state power modules that can get fried with full power to the motor.
Unplugging the HVAC control module removes the speed control signal to the motor controller. No signal to the blower controller should stop the blower motor if it's working properly.

Thanks. Next question is, where is it located on the truck so I get the part # and replace it?

Forgive my idiocy on this. Just trying to get this thing fixed before the hot and humid Florida summer gets here

I assume it's the part you changed out in post #1. The new part you installed is probably defective.
