I have a 2003 chevy suburban the rear controls are not working at all i have checked fuses all that need power have power. the orange wire in kick panel is good have power to rear motor resistor. changed rear motor resistor due to it contols everything, Icnat figure out why the fan is not getting power and cant change settings is there a relay i am missing or is there something wrong with the controls overhead.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated
