Default Rear defrost

I have an 01 suburban with the rear barn door style. My rear defrost isn't working. It's on the same circuit as my heated mirrors they work properly. I've check fuses and relays no issues there. When I check for power at the grid lines on the window I get nothing. It has the pins at the top when the doors close that completes the circuit. My question is that do you think they are the problem and should be replaced or just cleaned etc.

Welcome to the forum... I would for sure give them a cleaning with some 70% IPA (isopropyl alcohol) not India Pale Ale

clean the contact points as well
