I replaced the rear hatch door lift supports on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe with brand new lift supports. But now the door still does not stay open it closes and you have to use something to prop it open what could be the problem?

 

Welcome from Florida. You installed the wrong lift supports for your application or they bad from the box.
