I am sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your vehicle. Have you spoken with your local dealership about this issue?
Thank you!

Here it is:
This was very easy. Here is what I did:
Summary of problem: Rear ac/heater/audio control display was extremely dim. So dim that you could not see it at all without cupping your hands over it and blocking out all the light and getting real close up to it.
1. Bought Part #15886277. It was $136.85 before all the fees. Got from gmpartsdirect.com
2. Install - see below.
Install instructions. From the front seat - open console lid and carefully pry the tabs at the back of the console up. I stuck 2 screw drivers in them to keep them from popping back in. Then move both front seats up as far as they will go (the seats get in the way of prying off the back if not).
Then get in the back seat. Use a small screw driver to pry the back of the console from the console housing - you can see from the pic below where the clips are. There are 5 clips total. I popped the top ones off first and went from there:
The control you are replacing is attached to the face that you just pried off with 4 screws. Took screws out - popped off wiring harness and installed new part. Screwed back in and popped back on. Works like new
