Hey all new member hear. Coming home from turkey day dinner tonight hit the remote for the rear lift gate heard a pop and rattle and nothing happened. Tried to open it manually according to the instructions and no luck this thing is stuck. Any help would be great trying to save a trip to the dealer. Also I have some big items that I loaded up in the back now I can't get them out.

Welcome to the forum.
Make sure the hatch lock button on the overhead console is not depressed.
Other than that, it sounds bad.

Took it to the dealer and they couldn't even get it open. So they are ordering a bunch of parts because they are going to have to literally break the door to get it open then repair the whole thing. Price you pay for fancy crap I guess. Thanks for warranty.
