2015 Colorado 4 door pickup. Was loading a item into the back seat and I had the seat belt pulled all the way out, then I wrapped it around the item and found out the belt was to short. Let it retract, but it hooked around the arm of the item I was trying to belt in, and now I need to pull the belt out to get it unhooked from the item, but it only pulls out about 1 inch, before it stops. How can I release the stop on the enertia reel?
