Rear sway bar link bracket

Rear sway bar link bracket
Tahoe 2003 4WD :
The rear sway bar link disconnected from the top bolt/ bracket because the bracket rusted to powder due to salt roads.
Dealer had no part listing for the rusted "sway bar link U bracket" that appears to be welded to the frame.
Dealer said that they used to carry similar brackets ( not exact fit part) for replacing other suspension parts, but discontinued.
Are there sources that sell this u-bracket that needs to be welded to frame?
Dealer said that he was familiar with the need for these rusted off brackets in northeast salt roads.
A local welder agreed to weld a bracket onto the frame if I can supply the correct shaped bracket. He did not want to make a bracket that might not fit.
The custom shaped bracket appears to have an angle to the mounting surface to match the slope of the frame in that area.
The bracket has an approximate 1/2 inch diameter hole to receive the mounting bolt from the sway bar link.
The bracket requires the correct spacing between each side to accept the arm of the sway bar link.
Above: rusted remnant of original bracket that was welded to frame
Above: frame prepared for welding ; replacement bracket needed
Above: sample incorrect fitting steel U-bracket
