Hello! I recently bought a 2001 tracker zr2 and the sway bar mount on the passenger side broke off the frame and was wandering if anyone had any tips on fixing it! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

 

Looks like it broke off because there is a lot of rust there. That rust needs to be cleaned up and plates need to be welded in to have a good surface to weld in the new mount. You need someone who is an excellent welder. Don't let an amateur do it. It needs to be done right.
