I have been running my 88 K 1500 with no sway bar, decided to take it off the road to do a serious restoration, not sure if I should put the sway bar back on to save wear and tear on my new suspension parts or not. New parts will be the entire front suspension and steering. Thoughts?

 

the purpose is to control body sway when turning...it does nothing when driving straight....as long as your ok with more sway....which those large aspect ratio tires will exaggerate...removing it isn't going to damage anything.
