Default Redoing the 1500... suggestions?

Well, i have a 1991 c1500. Was going to build a motor but, i want to take care of everything that isnt GOOD first. list below of what i will be doing and what i would like todo... make suggestions

Will be doing: All is simple enough
Swapping the flatbed out for a full sized bed w/ roll pan
Tailgate
Stock Lights
Paint (bumper to Bumper)
Newer bumper off a suburban (chrome and shiny)
Building a custom box for 2 10s
All wiring and dynomat the entire thing
Head Liner (currently MIA)
New Carpet
My buddy owns a drag shop and is currently forming a full aluminum dash w/guages and speakers (ill post pics when done)(not cheap, i dont recomend it... just in supplies im at 985$)

Wanna do: Recomendations?
Lower it as far as i can (i know i need drop spindles and drop blocks... will be bagging it by the end of NEXT year)
Split 3pc Seat(40/20/40)... are there any BOLT in options?
Cowl hood? Or not to Cowl hood? I am thinking NO, i am keeping a 4.3L in it but, will be built and running a 150shot of zex into it(probly never fill the tank) (motor is at machine shop for .40 over and eagle bottom end)

I dont plan on doing any of the under car neons not really my thing. Will be doing a set of KC Lights up front and shaving the entenna (keeping the handles) Will be doing a police max-lite strobe kit on it. I plan to have the entire thing done accept air bags by July for my bday.

On my 88 I wanted to do the caddy front clip but only because nobody around here has that. When I put a stereo in my truck because it was a single cab I put in bucket seats from an early 90s grand prix and pulled the head rests off cuz im not much into the E.T. look. Along with that I built a single sub box with a square kicker 8inch and to be honest it hit pretty good, but the cool part is nobody knew it was there cuz I made it my center counsol. The cowl hood thing, I would do it but no bigger than a 2inch cowl. If its really a 40,20,40 bench you want then yes they do make bolt in benches like that and actually they were factory. it is tough to find them as back then it wasnt a rare option but more of an option than a standard unit.

Well, THANKS! I appreciate it. Did those seats bolt right in or did you have to do some moding to get them to bolt in? I am going to be hitting the junk Yard weekly from now on to find a 402040 bench. I can build a box. Was thinking 2 MTX 8" Jack Hammers... we shall see tho.

I was out driving my mom around while her car is in the shop, and the welds broke on the bed today so, i am having a decent bed/tailgate/lights delivered from a local chop shop... got a steal on it too... 125$ for the whole thing! And free delivery... Going to order parts from stylintruck.com, they had everything i wanted/needed...

Whole lowering and body mods should be around 1500$ paint will be 1500$, motor is lookin like a 3000$ job and interior... should be cheap, building the interior to look like a drag car (simple and clean).

I appreciate the info tho man! Ill look into those seats!!!
