Default Suggestions on shocks and struts for a 2007 Silverado 1500 LT

What would be some good shocks and struts to put all the way around on my truck...? Just broke 100,000 miles and I'm wanting something that's going to be smooth riding like a new truck... What have y'all replaced with...? Thanks in advance...!!!

One other question... If I replaced shocks and strut assemblies would I have to get my alignment rechecked...?

Sorry, I have yet to replace shocks/struts. But I've heard good things about Bilstein? My 96 GMC Yukon might be less bouncy if I got new shock absorbers but I can't afford to spend money on something that doesn't directly affect the reliability or driveability of the vehicle.
