Does anyone know what type of remote start will work on an 06 Tahoe 5.3L?

 

Any type of remote start will work, just make sure you get he right by-pass module. Because the door locks are controlled via data, you need a by-pass module that will do both the passlock and the keyless entry.

Thos vehicles are very easy to put remote start systems into. If your local futureshop\bestbuy has a good reputation, then I wouldn't hesitate to go with them, other a local mom and pops shop should be good.

good brands include, Viper, Clifford, CompuStar, AutoStart....pretty much anything made by Directed Electronics
