Hello again, does anyone have any reccomendations to remove a smoke smell from the interior, and is there an in-cabin filter in 07 tahoes. I bought it used and the dealer had done a great job of masking it. My pregnant wife is now complaining....please help

You might try having it professionally cleaned. I would suspect the dealer that sold it too you did just as you suspected, masked it, but it may need to be shampooed, vacuumed and deodorized several times to get the particle count down, but understand it wont completely remove the smell.
An option is to have the carpet, seats and head liner replaced but that is a somewhat costly avenue but will almost certainly get rid of the smell.
On the bright side at least its not a dead body smell….

 

I remember my dealer offering some kind of deodorizing air filter. You may try that in addition to a good interior cleaning.

 

The NBS doesn't have a cabin air filter. Not sure why.

 

I don't know if I would have bought it but, febreeze it, clean it, put in some air fresher, or sell it..

I hate smoke it drives me nuts. .
