Default removing 2nd row seats in a 2008

Yes, "removing".

Hi,.. I'd like to know if I can "manullay remove the second row" (fold down) chevy suburban seats? I am shopping for a 2008 and this is a determining factor. I need about another foot of space and removing the seats would do it. Has anyone done this? What tools are needed? Any advice would help. Thanks.
please email : welchesgrape@hotmail.com
with answers, thanks

Yes, you can remove them. Depending on the options, you should haveeight nuts holding down the floor risers. You can see this at the dealership. Lift up the floor riser cover. It's velcro'd to the floor. You should see the four nuts on each side (drivers and passenger side).
