Default Removing front panels on Suburban 2015

Hello. I have a 2015 Suburban that I purchased used this past summer. Shortly after I purchased it, I realized that the AC button is sticking. I took it back to the dealership, non chevy dealer, and they couldn't figure out how to take the front panel off to clean the buttons. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to do this?

Welcome to the forum...
factory service manual will describe how to remove the panels but they can be costly... someone in the forum may be able to provide the info, but as an alternative, consider going to a radio install shop as they are probably pretty familiar with how to remove the panels in newer model vehicles.
Let us know what you find out !
