Default Replace market light on '11 Suburban

I have a front marker light out - I called the dealer to ask about changing it and they said I need to drop the bumber to get to it. They want $80 to do it - does the bumber really need to be dropped to change a bulb?

I have not checked myself but it could be correct. I had to take the whole front end of our Malibu off to change a low beam light. Had to do it 2 times the first time was about 2 hours the second time was about 20 min. Also my Cobalt is a PITA to change the bulbs, did that one 2 times too, but I can do it with out removing the front end. And now my fords drivers light is out but I can change that one in about 5 minutes.

I think you can get to it from the back side by removing part of the front wheel liner.
