Default Replaced upper steering shaft / now have new problem?

I just replaced the upper intermediate shaft in my 2002 Yukon today. But now I have new problem. I forgot to tie down the steering wheel before I did this. Now my blinkers don't turn off after I turn. I have to turn them off manuelly. Also my steering wheel is upsdie down?

Good new is the clunking noise is gone!

What do I do now? I know I have to turn the wheel 180% but what about the blinkers
