1st & 3rd.

However, the Boss 313's come in a +12 and +40 offset. I am not sure either will fit correctly. The +40 is closer, however I dont want to be the first one to buy them and try to install them. Has anyone installed the 24" Boss 313's in +40 offset. I know someone has intalled the +12, it sticks out over an inch more than the factory wheels. Just to much for me.

The TIS 06 wheel, the 4th wheel is a choice of mine also, it comes in the correct offset. However, I would rather have the Boss since it is cheaper. But I want to make sure it fits.
I installed a set of 313's on my wife's LTZ and did not encounter any problems. The +40mm offset do not rub when you turn nor do they stick out. We have no plans of lowering at this point. I will post pics as soon as I can!!

astig,
Where were you a month ago. I was told by everyone that the +40 offsets will Rub on the rear inner fender well. Please post pictures as soon as you get them! I would love to see what they look like on a tahoe in the +40 offset! Thanks for the information.
