My 2013 Chevrolet Suburban Rosen radio screen is locked (Rosen Factory Screen) and unable to see any other screen (radio, navigation, main, etc.) with radio playing in the back ground. Before I take it in for repairs, is there any easy step(s) (re-boot or reset) to fix this problem.
