Default RE: RPO code

Hellow, I just bought a 1982 Chevy Scottsdale truck (6.2L Diesel) which runs great. I was wondering if anyone could explain the following RPR codes in more detail:
1. F51- Heavy Duty Front/Rear Shock Absorbers- Is this a special option what does the Heavy Duty mean compared to non-heavy duty shocks?

2. F51- Extra Capacity Rear Springs- The truck is a C10, is this any different than what it would normally come with. What does it mean?

3. VO2- Heavy Duty Radiator, Transmission Oil Cooler- How is this different from not having this option?

4. J55- Heavy Duty Power Brakes- What does this mean?

These may sound like basic questions but this is my first truck so I am trying to know as much as I can about it.

Thanks to anyone who can answer any of these!

Default RE: RPO code

1. It probably means they are just a little stiffer then the normal shocks.
2.It' probably means they can support a little more weigh then a normal c-10 but not as much as the next model up.
3.My guess it can hold more capacity of coolant, for when under stress (towing, etc...)
4.Again just a guess, bigger calipers and rotors, and pads. To help stop when under more load then usual, when towing etc..

Not quite sure but just a few guesses.
