I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and am having some issues with the illumination of the control panel for climate, entertainment and seat heaters located on the rear of the middle console. More specifically, if I get very close to the display, I can see the text (almost like a calculator with a dying battery). However, it's not illuminated like it should be. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, please advise.
