I put the computer back to stock last night drove for about a 1.5 hrs and sure enough all my mileage gains were gone. I reset the DIC and my in town was back to 15.5, then went for a drive on the interstate for about 45 minutes at 67mph on cruise and the best I got was 18.4. So the programer seems to have made the big difference.
