Default saggy seatbelts

Hello I have a 2001 Tahoe and the Driver and Passenger seatbelts are sagging(do not retract all the way). The seatbelt workings are all "in" the seats(OF COURSE!), so there is no cover to take off to get to them so I would have to cut them open!![]..Would I have to get new seats to fix this minor problem??? Surely not!..Anybody who can help would be much appreciated..Joe

Default RE: saggy seatbelts

Check with the chevy dealer and see if this is a covered item. I know some cars/trucks cover there seatbelts for life.
