Came across an onstar vcim part number 20827036. I was told that it will fit my '08 suburban and add Bluetooth. My question is, any idea on how to install it? And since in works with 07-12 tahoes/subs, will I be able to use the cool phone apps to start it and open the doors, etc. any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

So the truck onstar equipped already and you want to install a upgraded module?

 

Yep. It was just cheaper to upgrade the mod then continually buy the onstar minutes. Love everything about onstar, sans the price for minutes.
