Scuff marks on dash and radio...
I bought my 2007 Tahoe at 30,000 miles. It had some noticible scratches on both the radio and the wood looking plastic surrounding the radio.
The other day my 9 year old crashed his helicopter into my new deluxe heat pump thermostat scratching it. I got online and found a product named Novus that supposedly would remove scratches from plastic. I ordered it off a seller on Ebay that didn't have any minimums. (Less then $20)
Then I thought about the scratches on the radio dial. I went out there and using some of the enclosed cloth it came with tried the stuff out. It removed every single scratch I had. It worked so well that I'm confused if those were scratches at all or some pretty soft plastic. In any case it worked onlysowell on the thermostat (Got rid of most of it but you can still see it hitting it with a flashlight.) but well worth mentioning about the dash board. I was about to orderthepiece of plastic that surrounds the radio ($69) as I always thought someone must have tried to steal the radio at one time. The radio dial had scratches for sure. The wood looking plastic sure seemed to be scratched from look and feel with my fingernail. (I did another part later testing.) Whatever... It sure worked well. On top of that the guy on Ebay who I bought it from on Thursday had it to me by Saturday.

I bought a used dvd/cd radio and when it came it was loaded with scratches on the display face. I bought 3m's plastic polish from Murray's and it also took out all the scratches. I think it was like $7.
