Seat Belts Keep Twisting

We have a 2021 Suburban High Country with captains chairs in the second row. The seat belts (coming out of the C pillar) keep getting twisted. It's really bad - they're twisted 5 and six times over. Last time I had it in to the dealership, I had to have them untwist them because I can't do it at home. However, they're back to the same condition again a few weeks later.
I've never experienced this issue in any other make or model. Anyone else have a similar problem. Is there a defect or design issue in this model/year that allows the belts to be easily twisted? I'm assuming it happens when it retracts into the pillar.
