Second Third Row Screens are supposed to split...but not working!

Second Third Row Screens are supposed to split...but not working!
Good Afternoon!
2013 Suburban LT with DVD option, Rear Seat Entertainment installed, and screens in the Second and Third Row.
Owners Manual (page 7-43) says that I should be able to show a DVD on one screen, and whatever is coming from the AUX INPUTS on the other screen.
According to the manual, I should be able to split the screens by repetitive presses of the AUX button on the remote control. (One press switches both to AUX, another press splits them, etc.)
However, the only thing that happens when I press the AUX button is that both screens switch between AUX or DVD...not splitting action.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your rear DVD system. If the instructions in the manual are not working, I would suggest taking your Suburban back to the dealership that installed it to have them diagnose it. Please let me know what you decide to do!
