The other day my security light started coming on while driving, 2000 Suburban 1500. It tends to blink on for a few seconds and then back off. I have looked it up. I took the covers off of the column, disassembled the three wire connector and they look fine. I crimped them a little to maybe help the connection. No success.. Now it seems to be a little worse. I'm going to go back in there tonight and add a little wedge beside the connector to take out any possible looseness in the connector although it didn't feel that loose to me. I also ordered some resistors to just eliminate the security altogether if it comes to that.

Anyone have some pointers that could help me work through this?
