The service ticket they printed out for you provides some good places to start...

Inspect your spark plug wires, insure they are all in good shape and fully seated at both ends coil and plug... it can be as simple as a loose plug wire...given the age of the vehicle it may be time for a tune up anyway, consider having the plugs and wires replaced with OEM parts...

Check for vacuum leaks, inspect hoses for cracks and splits, replaced as needed. Also inspect your air filter inlet hose for proper fit and snug connections...

Have your fuel pressure checked....

Consider having the fuel injectors professionally cleaned, or at least try a couple of bottles of quality fuel injector cleaner added to the fuel tank for several fill ups, this is not a fix but may give some temporary improvment

FWIW I agree with in2pro. How many miles? Could just need a tune up.

It has 189000 miles. I'm putting lucas in for the next few fill ups. I just bought it in december and when I bought it there was no service records. I'll try everything you guys have said. I have no idea what the coil looks like or what the vacuum lines look like.

Ok how many miles on the plugs? If these are original or replaced at 100K, I'd suggest replacing them.

I'm not sure how many miles on the spark plugs. I haven't changed them because I haven't had money. Should I replace the wires and coils also?

You need to pull a plug check for wear. I'd just replace the plugs, should be less than 20 bucks.

Given that you do not know when they were changed. I would suggest at minimum replacing the spark plugs...
Go with AC/Delco Iridium plugs, they are about $6 each and should last you the next 100k miles... the gap should be .040
Or the Champion Iridiums that are about $5.25 each with a .040 gap... I believe the Champions are the OEM and should also last about 100k miles...

Replace all 8 plugs at the same time, it will take about an hours worth of time...

The highlighted items in the picture are the Coil, at the top, spark plug wire, and the plug at the bottom that is screwed into the engine head...
