So it appears that a lot of individuals have issues with the lift gate not unlocking and being stuck in the close position. However my issue is when i press any of the buttons it makes noise and unlocks where i can pull it open after pressing but it does not open on its own. It also is hard to close sometimes as if im working against the motor that would open it (no noise or anything while i do this).link below goes to youtube video showing the issue.
