abcd - Welcome to the forum! I love those GM factory chrome wheels. Those are by far the best chrome wheels GM has to offer. Did the chrome package come with your Tahoe or did you add it on? I'm guessing by the chrome exhaust tip and the tow hooks that it came with your ride.

 

jmitchell - it wasa purchased option, but I had to come back about a week later for them to install the hooks, exhaust and wheels/tires. The grill and handles were already chrome.

 

Question to anyone who has painted their bowtie(s)...Are those the Bowties the ones from the vehicle, or were new ones purchased..if so, where can i get some from..also, if they are originial, any tips on the way i need to paint them..they will be on a '07 Tahoe...Any suggestions..


PS...Recently installedsince last post..Flowmaster 40 Series, 4" Tip, 2 L5 Kicker Solobarics, Orion 2500 HD, Kicker Interior speakers, Alpine ..Will post pic one of these days...COMING SOON...2 more L5's, making 4 total, custom install...more goodies, cant tell all....

 

remove bowties from truck, bulldog promoter, hit it with sandable primer, primer again, sand lightly to level, paint color, wetsand lightly, paint again, sand again, clear, clear, clear, buff buff buff buff buff buff. oh yea buff again
