Default SP205 Location for 2001 Suburban 2500

Can anyone help me locate the Splice Pack 205 on this 01 Burb? I've spent 10 hours today tearing out the dash trying to find it. Alldata says it should be behind the headlamp switch. Nope. Wiring diagrams show it off the BCM. Nope. I've removed lower and upper covers and the instrument panel. I traced wires from the DLC and it just goes into the main harness.

I'm trying to resolve an issue where I can't connect my Tech2 scanner. It just says no connection. I can connect other scanners. I wanted to start removing components from the bus as I've read in other places, but I'm just at my wits end as to where this thing could be. Any help appreciated.

Did you get an answer to SP205 location? I am chasing a DLC problem and need to isolate modules feeding the data bus. Thanks
