Looking to get a set of Platinum Spark plugs and I wanted to know what everyone recommended for best fuel economy performance. I have a 2003 Tahoe LT with the 5.3l engine.

AC Delco Iridium Tipped spark plug part #41-985 (12571164)

There are no performance gains to be had by using different spark plugs in these Vortec motors, although certain NGK plugs work very well in GM marine engine apllications.
Avoid Bosch plugs.

 

How about those E3 spark plugs? Does the NGK get better spark than the rest? ZX let us know which is better.
