Default Speakers in a 94 Suburban

I have the "premium Sound System" in my 94 Silverado Suburban. The middle seat speakers are damaged - I can't find replacement speakers from the numbers on the speaker.
Anyone know what is the correct speaker to use?
Thanks!

Since you have the speakers out, measure them and you can find a replacement speaker by size. You don't need to look for them by part number.
