You need brakes.

...or a wheel bearing. My Tahoe exhibited the same symptoms last year, and the brakes were fine.

It could be a caliper issue in that it is not retracting quickly after letting off the brake peddle and the pad is dragging.
looking at the pads and how they are worn will give a better indication, retracting the piston and maybe bleeding the system might help if the pads are evenly worn... my .02...
cleaning the caliper slides may also help

The pads have a metal scraper that contacts the rotor when the pad gets worn down to replacement depth. It will initially squeal when you apply the brakes and then as the pad wears down more, it will squeal continually.

I would suggest speaking with your local dealership. I have information that, depending on your mileage, you may be covered for some brake components. This of course depends on many different factors like driving habits, trailering and city or highway driving. Hopefully that helps you. If you continue to have issues feel free to contact me.
